Instagram Gallery not working

Hi,

I’m currently experiencing an issue with the Instagram gallery on my store. When I add images and tag them with the correct product links, everything seems fine in the backend. However, when I view the gallery on the live site and click on a product, nothing happens — the link does not redirect to the product page as expected.

The image displays correctly, but clicking on it doesn’t open the product or redirect anywhere. This issue is affecting the user experience and likely impacting conversions.

Could you please check and let me know what’s causing this issue? I'm using [insert app name or theme name if known], and this behavior persists across different browsers.

Hi David,

Based on the messages on the live chat, you are pointing out the Columns section from Dawn theme, not the Instagram gallery.

If you have still having issues with let me know so that i can check, but the Insagram gallery section is not currently published on your store.

alvinkonda Yes, I switched to the Columns section because the Instagram gallery was not working properly. When I added images and linked them to products, nothing happened upon clicking — the links didn’t work at all.

That’s why I unpublished the Instagram gallery section and temporarily used another one.

Could you please check what went wrong with the Instagram gallery section so I can use it again?
