Does anyone know what banner image size I should use if I want the banner height to be small or medium?

I'm creating the banner on Canva, but I've tried various sizes and I just can't seem to get the image to fit properly on desktop view—it always appears zoomed in and ends up blurry.

Hi,

You need to have the banners as large as possible, more than 1600px wide, 2400px is better. Don't worry about the size, as Shopify crops images automatically.

Also, you may try to use the Hero Slideshow section and just have one slide. Maybe it will look better with that section.

I tried the 'Fancy Slideshow' which I didn't like due to the gaps/spacing between the images. I prefer it to be seamless.

I couldn't locate the 'Hero Slideshow' ? unless it the same thing.

But I'm still having issues with sizing unfortunately.

Hi there,

You can disable those spacing settings and have just one slide on the Fancy Slideshow (yes, sorry, Hero/Fancy are the same.)
