Falcon Pro Update Access for Early Purchasers Clarification

Hi Alvin,

I have a question regarding the update policy and licensing for the Falcon Pro theme and the other themes.

I purchased Falcon Pro on October 9. At that time, there was no mention of a limited update period. I now see that an update was released on November 17, but I am unable to download it. In addition, it appears that the policy has since changed and that updates are now limited to three months.

My question is how this applies to customers who purchased the theme before this change in terms, so before the update limitation was introduced. It does not seem fair for existing customers to suddenly fall under new conditions that did not apply at the time of purchase.

Do customers who bought the theme earlier still receive access to all updates, including the November 17 update and future ones? And if so, how can I download these updates?

I would appreciate a clear explanation.

I apologize for the confusion. While business logic might change, of course, we have to take into consideration previous contracts and promises, so yes, we will give you the updated version.

I'm checking your orders, but I'm not able to find one with Falcon Pro attached to the email that you are using here on the forum. Can you please send an email with the order number so that I can confirm it?
